Old Testament Reflection

Job has finished. He has laid his case, like a defendant in a lawsuit, before God. He now waits for God to answer.

But still there is no answer.

Enough Already, God! Enough!

Psalms Reflection

These past months have been tough. Not just a little bit tough—but really tough. Trying to live up to others’ expectations of who I should be or what I should be doing. Hurry Up and Wait

If you have ever been stuck in traffic while trying to get to an appointment, then you know the feelings that can build up inside of you. For me, it starts with a sense of anxiety which can transition to a sense of anger followed by venting at the people around me to hurry up – as though they could control the accident that is 5 km further ahead on the road.
